 1.       Welcome and Introductions.

The Chairman to welcome those present.

 2.       Apologies.

To receive apologies for non-attendance.

 3.       Declaration of Interests.

Members to declare any interests in accordance with the Code of Conduct 2012.

 4.       Minutes of Ordinary Parish Council Meeting held on 4 March 2019.

To agree, and sign, the minutes of the meeting as an accurate record.

 5.       Wiltshire Council Report.

To receive a report from Cllr. J Kidney.

 6.       Adjournment.

The Meeting will adjourn for members of the public present to raise any points of interest on any matter.

The meeting will then reconvene.

 7.       Community Policing Team (CPT).

a.       To invite the CPT to report on any matters of concern.

b.       To advise the CPT of any matter that needs to be brought to its attention.

 8.       Community Speed Watch (CSW)/Westwood Road Safety.

To receive reports on Road Safety and Community Speed Watch.

 9.       Working Group Membership.

To agree the Parish Council Working Groups required and to decide the membership of each Group To be effected from 1 May 2019.

 10.     Working Groups Working Group Reports.


To receive a report from the Cemetery Working Group and the Clerk on current key issues and to agree any actions.

 b.       To examine any planning applications received after 26 March 2019 and to agree the comments to be sent to Wiltshire Council.

c.       To review/note any other planning matters.


a.       To receive a report from the Clerk on the current financial position.

b.       To agree the payments to be made.


a.       To receive a report from the Environmental Working Group and to agree any necessary action.

b.       To note the request for a replacement Dog Waste Bin at Westwood Manor and to decide the action to be taken.

c.       To note any other related matters and to decide the action to be taken.

 Open Spaces.

To receive a report from the Open Spaces Working Group and to agree any necessary action.


a.       To receive a report on the Footpath Working Group Rights of Way Survey results (March) and to agree any necessary action.

b.       To note any other related matters and to decide the action to be taken.

 11.     Bradford on Avon Area Board/Community Area Transport Group (CATG).

To note any other matters relevant to Westwood that were raised at those recent meetings not already reported and/or that need to be presented at the forthcoming meetings.

 12.     Neighbourhood Plan.

To receive a progress report on the Neighbourhood Plan/Rural Housing Needs Survey and to agree any further actions necessary.

 13.     Local Government Boundary Review.

To decide the comments to be sent in response to this consultation.

 14.     Date of Next Meeting.

To note the date of the next Parish Council Meeting:

 Annual PC Meeting Tuesday 7 May 2019 at 7.30pm.

Ordinary PC Meeting Tuesday 7 May 2019 at 8pm.

 Annual Parish Meeting Wednesday 8 May 2019 at 7.30p - Refreshments from 7pm.

 15.     Any Other Business.
