Notice is hereby given that the next meeting of the Westwood Parish Council will be held in the Parish Room on Monday 24 May 2010 at 7.00pm

 

 

Planning Application: 10/01368/FUL (The Old Baptist Chapel)

(Change of use to single bedroom residential unit)

 

Planning Application: 10/01252/FUL (54 The Pastures)

(Extension)

 

This Public Meeting is to enable the Parish Council to provide comments to Wiltshire Council in respect of the above Planning Applications.

 

NOTE.

The plans associated with these planning applications will be available for the public to inspect prior to the meeting at 6.45pm.

 

AGENDA.

 

1.       Welcome and Introductions.

Chairman to welcome those present.

 

2.       Apologies.

To receive apologies for non-attendance.

 

3.       Public Adjournment (at 7.05pm approx).

The Meeting will adjourn for members of the public present to raise any points of interest related to these planning applications.

The meeting will then re-convene.

 

4.       Planning Application 10/01368/FUL The Old Baptist Chapel.

To examine this planning application and to agree the comments to be sent to Wiltshire Council.

 

5.       Planning Application 10/01252/FUL 54 The Pastures.

To examine this planning application and to agree the comments to be sent to Wiltshire Council.

 

6.       Conclusion.

The Chairman to conclude the meeting.
